3. What all bill payments can be done using BBPS?
To start with utility services such as electricity, water, gas, telephone, Recharges (Mobile, DTH), taxes and educational fee payments are available as options for various geographical locations. Payments for these services can be either done in a prepaid or postpaid model as per the acceptance of the respective merchant.
4. How can I pay my bill using BBPS?
Bill payments from BBPS can be made using the BBPS section of IndusNet, non-customers can enjoy this functionality under the Quick Services sections of our corporate website.Process for Quick-Bill Pay
Customer mobile number and OTP will serve as an identity for the user. User can pay bills, raise and track complaints using these identifiers
Once authenticated users can search for their desired billers using one of the following options:
Biller Name
Bill category, location and then corresponding name
The bill payments can be done using the most convenient available payment methods
Instant bill payment confirmation and digital receipts are presenst for user records

5. How can I raise complaint?
Customers can raise complaint from both Indusnet as well as the Quick Bill pay section of the website. There are two options for raising complaints, these options are defined as follows:
Transaction complaint: These are complaints related to specific transactions. These transactions can be in Success / Pending / failed statuses and users might have some queries about the status of the transactions or bill payment.
Service complaint: These are complaints that can be raised by the customers for non-transactional issues. These complaints can primarily be about the banking channel that was used for bill payments.

6. How can I track my complaints?
All complaints can be tracked using the complaint tracking module of BBPS.The complaints can be fetched using the complaint ID or can be chosen from the entire list that becomes available for a particular date interval.
7. How can I track my transactions?
Transactions done for one particular identity can be tracked back on subsequent logins using the transaction reference ID or can be picked from a list of transactions for a particular date range.
